1O1 URBAN Jakarta Thamrin

This hotel was great.Very affordable and located near major city attractions. Good food and two lovely swimming pools.

The place is quite decent, to some extent, and located in the middle of the capital and close to many vital places, especially my targeted place to work at that moment.

The room is rather small, despite the price is not that cheap. There are many facilities that not currently present during my stay, such as refrigerator, clothes cupboard, and safe/locker.

They are good welcoming and have good attitude

My room was under the restaurant and at that time when I been there there is too much noisy so I could not sleep at all. So my evaluation is very poor for this.

The breakfast was exceptional. I liked that you provided sausages and baked beans. Which is lacking nowadays in hotel buffets. The swimming pool was decent and I liked the view. The staff were very nice. The TV channels were satisfying

We got the room on the side building which seems like a refurbished old apartment. The room was old and the AC was old version which dehidrates severly.

Its a nice place. My go to stay in Jakarta.

The location is good but its very busy.

The 101 Urban is reliable and is my go to for staying in Jakarta. You can trust them. They have clean rooms, its in a decent location, and they even have a restaurant or two inside. And a pool on the roof. Good quality for the price especially.

Chair wasnt very comfy.

The bed is comfortable. The room decoration is very pretty. Hot water. Bathroom is clean. Staff was nice. Amazing location.

The room was leaking... The floor is a bit dirty. We got a room in the 10th floor so it felt like we were sleeping in the middle of a bar... It is super noisy.

Very dirty room. The toilet smells very bad. air conditioning was very hot. More than 10 people stayed in the room next to me and were slamming the bathroom door and laughing from 5am until 9am. The worst hotel I stayed in. Breakfast was below average. The security guards were very nice and friendly

The location is near to many restaurant and shops. The food for breakfast has so many options. Worth the price. The staff are nice and fast response :)

The floor quite dirty. There is no hair dryer in the room you need to ask first, and the shower is not flexible.

Very far from international standard, like most of services in the Country.A small refrigerator in the room could be a good starting point.

The staff was AMAZING very friendly and easy to talk to 24h restaurant and a rooftop restaurant with great city view, and 2 pools

The hotel changed an owner, i assume, also name is changed. Everything moved to worst from 2019 when i stayed here before. Especially i was disappointed with roof top pool: right now they putted partitions around the pool, you cant see the city around, it is not working during evening time, just from 9 till 13, under scorching sun (!). No more alcohol incl. beer in any hotel bars, rooms are not so clean and cozy as before.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was nice and clean. The AC was working properly. The location was in a cul-de-sac street, therefore, no traffic at all, even though it's located next to Jakarta's main road (Thamrin)

The pools were small and unsafe. Especially the one on the 11th floor.During my stay, there were a couple of little critters scurrying about on the floors. Soon after I reported it, the hotel staff came to check my room.The tv remote was covered with grime. The bathroom's shower head was dirty, I used the faucet instead. In the shower cubicle, some nooks & crannies were moldy, the floor was clean tho'.

The swimming pool en restaurant was really nice

There's a new and old building. This is not clear from the website. The old building is really much less comfortable. Quite old etc and in a poorer state. It would've been nice if it was clear from booking.

Location was good.Staff at the reception was so kind.

There were several bugs in the room. If you want to cool down a bit in the pool after a long day sightseeing, forget about it.The pool on the roof is closed at 1pm, the other one is 5 pm. Isolation of the room is bad. We were quite close to the elevator, and we could hear everything.
